1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.innvers.shop by consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). The online shop is operated by:

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit your order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. You can find details in our shipping policy.

4. Payment

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days within Austria and 3–7 business days within Germany. For more information, see Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find the detailed cancellation policy and the cancellation form here. Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We assume no liability for indirect damages or lost profits.

9. Data protection

We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view at any time on our website.

10. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Ried im Innkreis at the company's registered office, unless a mandatory consumer jurisdiction exists.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
