Shipping Policies

1. Shipping costs

We ship within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Flat-rate shipping costs: Country shipping costs (incl. VAT) ​

Europe-wide: €6.90

USA: €13.20 ​

Shipping is free for orders over €100 (DE/AT) or CHF150 (CH). *Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland.

2. Delivery time

• Europe: 3-5 business days

• Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume (e.g., during sales or holidays), shipping may be slightly delayed – we'll do our best to ensure your package reaches you quickly!

3. Shipping service provider

We ship with: DHL (Germany & Austria) Swiss Post / DHL Express (Switzerland) All packages are trackable and are sent with a tracking link.

4. Shipment tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link so you can track your package at any time.

5. Delivery to packing stations / desired address

In Germany, delivery to DHL Packstations or post offices is easily possible. Simply enter your postal code and Packstation address at checkout.

6. Undeliverable shipments

If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address information or multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs.
